Provide focused applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Maintain a caseload of 10-15 children (ages 3-15) with a diagnosis of autism. Complete intake, enrollment, assessment, treatment plan, weekly graphing of data, transition plan, and discharge. Provide individual and group supervision to ABA therapists. Provide training to parents and team members. Upload treatment data to database. Attend clinical and department meetings. Collaborate with other service providers. Participate in local ABA groups. Conduct fidelity checks and re-trainings as needed. Review, manage, and update the therapy calendar. Maintain updated clinical spreadsheets. Any other activity that is in direct support of the program and aligns with the position.

Job Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. A master’s in applied behavior analysis, or related field. Strong understanding of ABA principles and teaching strategies. Knowledge of typical child development and current diagnostic criteria for autism. Strong communication (written and verbal) and time management skills. Competency working with behavior reduction and skill acquisition. Experience supervising ABA therapists. Experience with public speaking and providing training to team members, families, and community members. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Skilled in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), record keeping practices and related administrative duties and responsibilities.
